Outlook Email: Your Illinois State University's email can be accessed through Illinois State University's Office 365 (recommended), Outlook Desktop App, and mobile device.

TMA Systems: To access to TMA Systems when you are off campus, you need to connect through VPN.

VPN:
Virtual Private Networking (VPN) allows students, faculty, and staff to securely connect to the campus network from any off-campus location. Once connected, you will be able to operate in the same way you would if you were on campus.

Zoom Meeting: Licensing is available to faculty and staff. If you do not have a license assigned, you need to activate license before use. Learn more about how to access and use Zoom for meetings.
